Announcement of Beijing Customs District, the People’s Republic of China <2020> No. 5

To continuously improve Beijing’s business environment for trading across borders, simplify customs clearance procedures and facilitate customs clearance of enterprises, Beijing Customs District has decided to further simplify the documents for customs declaration according to the relevant document requirements of the General Administration of Customs. Starting from February 1, 2020, enterprises are not required to submit packing lists to the customs at the import declaration step, and are not required to submit invoices and packing lists to the customs at the export declaration step.
